Live Waveforms is an AAX utility that allows mixers to maintain focus on the video picture by projecting up to four reference tracks, such as dialogue or music, onto the Pro Tools video window. The plugin renders essential timeline information including clip gain, fades, markers, and track names, effectively reducing the need to look back at the main edit screen. It is a non-destructive, silent instrument that follows the host playhead and integrates seamlessly with Pro Tools' native zooming and color settings. The tool is specifically engineered for professional mixing environments where maintaining visual contact with the performance and cues is paramount.
